Meet RSVPs Are Very Important

Meet entries are completed well in advance of each meet.  The coaches and volunteers put a lot of time into preparing the lineups and it is extremely disruptive to have no shows or unexpected swimmers at a meet. That is why we require RSVPs. 

Please note that if we do not have an RSVP on record, then we will assume your swimmer is not swimming.

Monday meets - you must declare by 11:30 PM the Thursday before the meet. Thursday meets - you must declare by 11:30 PM the Monday before the meet.
